Golden Oldies hit ’Gatha

Pride and joy: organiser John Davis with his beautiful car while in Leongatha.

IF YOU had the feeling Leongatha was going back in time last night (Monday), you were not mistaken.

The Federation of Veteran and Vintage Car Clubs rolled into town as part of their Golden Oldies tour on Monday night and spent the evening in town.

Not staying long, they left early Tuesday for Sale.

Organiser of the tour John Davis said the trip had been great so far.

“It’s great to have us all out on the road together,” he said.

“A big thank you goes out to RACV for all there help with the tour.”
